April 11th is canceled. Jurors do not report.
April 25th is still scheduled. Jurors please check back after 5:00 pm on April 24th in case of any last minute changes or cancellations.
The main parking lot is in front of the building, however, parking is extremely limited. Additional juror parking is available at the lot across the street from the old Belmont school on the corner of South Street and Tracy Avenue. It is a 3 block walk to the courthouse from there.
Grand Jurors typically serve mornings only.

Absence or Emergency FOR SERVING JURORS: If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at (585) 449-3461 after 8:30 a.m. on the day you are to report.

Court Hours Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day. Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
Electronics Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas. They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse.
Meals There is a mid-day lunch break every day.
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations.
Security Court Officers are stationed throughout the court. Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter. Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
