Daily Reporting Message for Trial Jurors summoned for terms in the month of:  
 All trial jurors are on “standby.” Trial jurors report for service only when instructed.
Grand Jurors and Town/Village Jurors  check your summons for instructions.  
These instructions are updated daily after 6:00 p.m.
You may also call 585-815-7827 to hear a recorded message.
                         If your jury duty is on a Monday, you may call or check this website to verify the need to report on the Friday before your scheduled appearance date after 5:00 P.M. or any time over the weekend.   
No message is available at this time. Please visit this website after 5:00 p.m. on the last business day prior to your scheduled reporting date for the next message.

General Information​ ​
Absence or Emergency ​   ​If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 585-815-7811 after 9:00 a.m. on the day you are to report.
Accessibility If you have a disability and need an accommodation, call 585-815-7811 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.
Court Hours   Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
Electronics​  ​Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse. There are computer work stations in the jury assembly room.
Meals ​​There is a mid-day lunch break every day.  There are restaurants within walking distance of courthouse.  You may also bring a lunch, if you prefer.  Meals are only provided for deliberating jurors.  All other meals are the responsibility of the juror.
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations. There is free public parking available in the parking lot behind the courthouse.
Security  ​Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
