General Information​ ​
 
Absence or Emergency ​   ​If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 315-785-3049 after 8:30 a.m. on the day you are to report.
 
Accessibility   If you have a disability and need accommodation, call 315-785-3049 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.
 
Court Hours   Court normally operates from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm, with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 4:00 p.m.
 
Electronics​  ​Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse. Grand Jurors secure their phones with security.
 
Meals ​​There is a mid-day lunch break every day.  A microwave and refrigerator are provided, if you wish to bring your lunch.
 
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations. 
 
Security  ​Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
