Reporting Message for Trial Jurors
All trial jurors are on “standby". Trial jurors report for service only when instructed.

General Information
Absence or Emergency If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 315--671-1000 after 8:30 a.m. on the day you are to report.

Court Hours Court normally operates from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day. Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
Electronics Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas. They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse.
Meals There is a mid-day lunch break every day. Request restaurant handout.
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations. Juror parking is located at the On-Center garage for a reduced rate of $4.00.
Security Court Officers are stationed throughout the court. Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter. Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
