Daily Reporting Message for Trial Jurors
  All trial jurors are on “standby.” Trial jurors report for service only when instructed
You will remain on call for 1 week unless in selection or assigned to a trial.
Please do not wait until your reporting date to ask for a change in your date of service. 
Grand Jurors and Town/Village Jurors  check your summons for instructions.

Jury call for Friday, June 22, 2018.
Part 1 ‑ All jurors whose Sequence #=s range between and include 1001 to 1194 are to report to the Central Jury Room at 9:15am.  Please bring completed summons with you.
Part 2 ‑
 Those jurors who kept their commitment by calling every evening or checking this web site, but were never requested to appear, your jury service is complete. You do not have to make any more phone calls nor will you receive any documentation from this office. You will be excused from serving in this Court and in Justice Court for 6 years.

General Information​ ​
Absence or Emergency ​   ​If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 845-483-8400 after 9:00 a.m. on the day you are to report.
Accessibility   If you have a disability and need accommodation, call 845-483-8400 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.
Court Hours   Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
Electronics​  ​Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse. There are computer work stations in the jury assembly room.
Meals ​​There is a mid-day lunch break every day.  There is a coffee shop in the courthouse, located on the 2nd floor, which has refreshments, soft drinks, bagels, rolls, sandwiches, soups and snacks.  There are also many restaurants within walking distance of the courthouse.
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations.  Juror parking is located in back of the County Office Building, 11 New Hempstead Road. Additional parking is behind the Sain Building at 18 New Hempstead Road. IF YOU DO NOT PARK IN A LEGAL PARKING SPACE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TICKET(S) ISSUED OR TOWING. 
Security  ​Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
