Jurors with ODD numbers are NOT needed.
You are now finished serving.
For service credit, you must return part G of your summons. This part is to be received in my office by Friday, September 29th.
For the week of October 2nd, please check this site again on Friday, September 29th after 5:00pm for your instructions.
These instructions are updated daily just prior to 5:00 p.m.

Commissioner Salamone and her staff would like to thank all jurors for your participation, cooperation, and contribution to our system of justice.
By sending back your PART G on your summons, you will be given jury service credit of up to six (6) years.
Absence or Emergency If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting please call our office as soon as possible at 518-285-8516.

Court Hours Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day. Court sessions rarely continue beyond 4:15 p.m. Summer hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Electronics Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in Courtroom #5 prior to orientation. All electronic devices must be turned off in any other courtroom. There is a public access Wi-Fi in Law Library on the 3rd floor of the Schenectady court house.
Meals There is a lunch break every day (food not provided). Dining and shopping facilities are located within close proximity of the courthouse in downtown Schenectady.
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations. Reduced fee ($3 all day) is available at the public parking garage at 220 Broadway (behind Proctor's)
- you must bring your parking stub with you to be validated by the Commissioner of Jurors. Accessible parking is available on State Street in front of the County Building.
Court Security Officers are stationed throughout the courthouse. Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter the building. Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
Verification of Attendance If an employer requires proof of service verification of attendance is available from the Commissioner of Jurors office.
