 All trial jurors are on “standby.” Trial jurors report for service only when instructed.
Grand Jurors and Town/Village Jurors  check your summons for instructions.  
These instructions are updated daily after 5:00 p.m.

The Commissioner of Jurors Office will be closed Tuesday, February 12th in observance of President Lincoln's Birthday.

General Information​ ​
Absence or Emergency ​   ​If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 315-379-2270 after 8:30 a.m. on the day you are to report.
Accessibility   If you have a disability and need accommodation, call 315-379-2270 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.
Court Hours   Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
Electronics​  ​Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in waiting areas.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse.
Meals ​​There is a mid-day lunch break every day. 
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations.  Parking is available in the Courthouse parking lot, and behind the Harold B. Smith Social Services Building on Judson Street.
Security  ​Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.  Jurors are not exempted from the screening process.  Your cooperation and patience is greatly appreciated in this effort to keep our facilities safe.
