THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS FOR THOSE JURORS SUMMONED TO APPEAR ON MAY 28, 2015, IN BATH, NEW YORK.   PLEASE  FIND YOUR TELEPHONE ID NUMBER WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE END OF THE CALL-IN INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR SUMMONS.  JURORS WITH THE TELEPHONE ID NUMBER 1 UP TO AND INCLUDING NUMBER 165 ARE TO REPORT ON THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2015.   PLEASE REPORT  TO COURTROOM “A”  LOCATED IN THE STEUBEN COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING IN BATH, NEW YORK AT 9:00 AM.    PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU COMPLETE THE JUROR INFORMATION  PORTION OF YOUR SUMMONS, AND THAT YOU BRING THE ENTIRE SUMMONS WITH YOU.  YOU WILL BE GIVEN FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.  THE REST OF THE PANEL, TELEPHONE ID NUMBER 166  UP TO AND INCLUDING THE NUMBER 250, YOU MUST CALL AGAIN ON FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2015,  AFTER 5:00 P.M. FOR YOUR REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS.

General Information​ ​
 
Absence or Emergency ​   ​If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 607-622-8216 after 8:30 a.m. on the day you are to report.
 
Accessibility   If you have a disability and need accommodation, call 607-622-8216 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.
 
Court Hours   Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
 
Electronics​  ​Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the County facility.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County Office Building.
 
Meals ​​There is a mid-day lunch break every day.  
 
Parking/Transportation​  The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations. 
 
Security  ​Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
