IF YOU HAVE A SUMMONS FOR A JURY TRIAL, BUT DID NOT APPEAR FOR SERVICE, PLEASE CALL THIS OFFICE AT 518-480-6330 TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE AND AVOID COURT INTERVENTION WHICH COULD RESULT IN FINES.

General Information​ ​
 
Absence or Emergency ​   ​If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call our office at 518-480-6330 after 9:00 a.m. on the day you are to report.
 
Accessibility  If you have a disability and need accommodation, call 518-480-6330 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.
 
Court Hours   Court normally operates from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 p.m.
 
Court Delays  In case of inclement weather, listen to your local TV or Radio Stations, check this website, or call 518-285-4627 for information on court closings or delays.
 
Electronics​  ​Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access Wi-Fi in the County courthouse.
 
Meals ​​There is a mid-day lunch break every day.   There are several food establishments within a mile of the Municipal Center.
 
Parking/Transportation The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations.  You may park your car in the front of the building or wherever a space is available.  There is no charge for parking.
 
Security  ​Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
